I was born and raised in the small town of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
My love of video games began early in my life when I became old enough to play my parents' Atari 2600. I continued to play games throughout my childhood, becoming even more fascinated. It wasn't until my junior year of high school that I started programming. Around the same time, I found out about DigiPen. I knew it was the place for me, so I began to focus on areas of study that would help me succeed at DigiPen.
My time spent at DigiPen, like most students, has been quite challenging. However, the experience I've gained has been more than worth the trouble. During my four years at DigiPen I've worked on numerous projects, either by myself or on teams of varying size, but almost all related to video games. My focus has been on designing and programming game content and one day I hope to become a lead game designer.
The highlight of my career so far has been my sophomore game Gelatin Joe. It was a winner in the student showcase of the 2007 IGF awards. Realizing that so many people have played and enjoyed a game I created has made me so happy and is a constant reminder of all I have to be thankful for.
Now that you know a bit about me, please check out some of the games and other projects I've worked on.
